Mr. Siff is the founding principal
of PRA and is the company’s President and CEO. Mr. Siff has
arranged, serviced, sold or purchased over $2 billion of real
estate debt and equity during the last 27 years.

Mr. Payne joined PRA in 1994. His
responsibilities include supporting Mr. Siff’s loan production
efforts as well as overseeing PRA’s growing loan administration,
closing and servicing portfolio. Prior to joining PRA, Mr. Payne
has worked in the real estate industry since 1974 with line responsibilities
ranging from acquisitions to portfolio management.

Greg Cazel, Managing Director
& Vice President
Mr. Cazel is a principal of the firm
with over 25 years in the industry. Mr. Cazel has run multiple
CMBS platforms including JP Morgan and Dexia, and opened the Washington
Capital DUS office in the Midwest. Mr. Cazel has done over $4
billion in deals in his career.

Blake Zimmermann, Loan Analyst
Mr. Zimmermann's primary responsibilities
include loan underwriting, packaging, and research. He supports
Mr. Siff and Mr. Payne. Mr. Zimmermann graduated with a BS in
Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from The University of
Missouri - Columbia, and worked as a credit analyst for a commercial
loan servicer prior to joining PRA.

Rosemarie D. Kern, Loan
Servicing / Comptroller
Ms. Kern joined PRA in 1998 to oversee
day to day operations of the production and servicing companies.
Additionally, she oversees all Investor reporting, the Annual
Audit and year-end reporting functions.
